1 What daily maintenance is needed?
It is recommended that you follow the schedule:
Milk system deep cleanse: once a day
Brewing system deep cleanse: once a week
Scale buildup cleansing: once a month
2 Shall I deep cleanse my coffee machine every day?
Before turning off the machine after your business hours, please deep cleanse your milk system to avoild blockage of pipeline.
3 Do I need cleaning tablets?
Yes. Water alone doesn’t get rid of all the stubborn coffee grease and milk deposits.
4 Who do I call for maintenance?
Contact the distributor if you ordered your machine from one. If your machine is ordered from Dr. Coffee’s website, call the 400 hotline.
5 Does the cleaning tablets have food safety risks?
- Our cleaning tablets are made with edible content with no food safety concerns.
6 Why isn''t milk pumped in? What do I do?
The reasons your machine doesn’t get milk pumped in could vary.
Try unwinding the froth knob a little, and deep cleanse the milk system. If this doesn’t work, please contact customer service or a sales professional.
7 What is the life cycle of the coffee machines?
Dr. Coffee CVS series are designed to make 500,000 cups. Other models are designed to make more than 50,000 cups.
8 What is the after-sale care policy?
Within one year warranty, we offer free maintenance and change of accessories in case of performance faults not caused by human/accidental damage.
Our engineers will visit within 24 hours since request in Tier 1/2 cities and within 48 hours in other regions.
